About Me

Captivating audiences through brand storytelling.

I'm Angela Legg, brand expert, and storytelling coach with a gift for unlocking potential in even the most reluctant voices.

From being adopted into a family that fought segregation, to skydiving, backpacking, and stepping on stages across New York City, my life has been one long adventure, AND incredible story... For over 20 years, I’ve thrived in sales, luxury branding, and speaking to the worlds greatest thought leaders, and  helping executives, entrepreneurs, and creatives find the confidence to use their voice and own the room. Whether I’m leading a workshop, hosting an event, or producing content, my mission is simple: to turn fear into fuel, and stories into legacies.

SEPTEMBER 4TH 1984, I WAS PRONOUNCED DIED TWICE WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HOURS I WAS BORN AND I'VE BEEN BEATING THE ODDS EVER SINCE

I was barley 3lbs. Daughter of a Haitian immigrint, my birth mother instinctifly knew there was something wrong my pregnancy. So went to the hospital 2 months premature. Jackson Memorial  in Miami Florida, is one of the most renowned NICUs in the country. They didn't give up. Something told them I could make it. And I did.

THE HARDEST DECISION A MOTHER COULD MAKE

I spent the next 4 months in the hospital. The bills were adding up and the doctors gave her an eltermatum... If you take her, she will eventually die,  or you can put her up for adoption, and give her a chance to live..

LOVE HAS NO COLOR

A nurse by the name of Mary Ellen Smith made a bold decision. She knew if I were placed in the foster system under the condition I was in I may not survive. Already a single mother of two boys, she decided  to become my foster mom too.

December 26th 1984 I was finally discharged from the hospital

I didn't know it yet, but I was headed home to my forever family.
